You're absolutely right. These people are so far in the tank nothing they say can be believed. Talk about "PIMPING" something. Mary Mitchell is a prime example of being "pimped". If she is an example of the black american, I'm truly ashamed.

You speak the truth on all of the above! I am an African American and Proud! I hate when other African Americans get a chance to speak and be heard and F*#K it up with talk about race!! Mary Mitchell and Jesse Jackson haven't had to worry about putting food on the table or a roof over their heads like I have the past 10 years of my life! I will give Jesse Jackson a little break because he at least goes to the hood to speak! I don't look for the government or the President to help me with my kids and bills! This is a great country with lots of opportunity to live a good life! I can't blame anyone for the fact that I have three kids and my husband left me! Hey MARY, why don't you call out all the African American MEN that leave their families to struggle on their own, or the ones that beat and cheat on their wives! How about we worry about our own problems with our own race first and stop blaming every white person in Washington! They didn't tell me to get pregnant nor did they tell me to drop out of school! I can at least be proud enough to admit I did this on my own! Sure I didn't ask to be brought into this world by parents who couldn't afford to keep or raise me, but I am here and the good thing is there is plenty of places that help me out that are funded by the government! So MARY, how about helping african americans and showing them where they can go for help to get their GED for free or get government funding. Do you know MARY that their are BILLIONS of dollars that goes for helping PEOPLE like me from the so called GOVERNMENT??? Look I am not saying that it is all good with presidents and government or any political party for that matter, BUT we need to take some of the blame because it starts with ourselves in our own communities first! You can't say that it is hard for a black person to get a job. My God we have a black person running for president of the United States. One more thing I want you to know that YES I do take a lot of heat for how I speak to others about this great country. I mean just look at it this way if I didn't get the chance to get my GED for free I wouldn't of been able to write this because I can use the computers here for free to! Here is an example of a place you can get the start you need to better your life! God Bless and WE can do it, you just have to want it!!! GOD BLESS
